HOW CONSULTING SERVICES ARE PAID
Four ways to access consulting — choose the path that fits your situation.
Direct Representation
For clients who prefer to work with their own agent or lender (or do not need an agent or lender), consulting is available as a fully independent paid service. All packages and payment plans available. Payment link provided at booking.
Referred Agent Path
When Juli refers you to a partner agent, consulting is included as part of that referral relationship. You are always free to choose any agent independently and pay for consulting separately. If a transaction does not close, a consulting fee may apply at Juli's discretion. Consulting services are legally separate from real estate representation.
Mortgage Path
When working with Juli and her mortgage team, consulting is included as part of that relationship — the same way it is when you work with Juli directly in real estate. Full consulting packages are available at standard rates if your needs go deeper. Mortgage and consulting services are separate engagements.
Pay Directly
For clients who prefer to work with their own agent or lender, consulting is available as a fully independent paid service. All packages and payment plans available. Payment link provided at booking. All services for professionals are direct pay.
Each consulting service or package requires a simple letter of engagement confirming that consulting services are separate from and not contingent on any real estate or mortgage transaction, that you are free to choose any agent or lender independently, and that if a referred transaction does not close, a consulting fee may apply at Juli's discretion.
Cancellation and Refunds
We want our time together to be genuinely valuable to you. Here is our policy so there are no surprises.
If you need to cancel before your first session has occurred, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us in writing at juli@juliford.com. After 48 hours and prior to your first session, a cancellation fee of $150 will be retained and the remainder refunded within 10 business days.
Once your first session has occurred, your package fee is non-refundable. You have purchased a complete consulting engagement. No partial refunds are issued for unused sessions within your engagement window.
Sessions included in your package that are not scheduled or used within your engagement window are forfeited without refund. If extenuating circumstances arise, contact Juli directly in writing. An extension may be granted at Juli's discretion.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to juli@juliford.com. Your cancellation is confirmed when you receive written acknowledgment from Home After 50 LLC.
This cancellation and refund policy is disclosed prior to purchase and constitutes part of your agreement with Home After 50 LLC.
