Book a Clarity CallJuli is compensated by commission for real estate and mortgage transactions, and you’ll always know exactly what that compensation is before any work begins.
Selling a home. Juli’s commission is set out in your listing agreement, which you review and sign before your home goes on the market.
Buying a home.Juli’s compensation is set out in a written buyer agreement, signed before she shows you any property. Depending on the transaction, it may be paid by the seller, by you, or through a combination, and Juli will walk you through each option before you make an offer.
Commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable.
Juli does not practice dual agency. She represents only one party in any transaction, so her advice is always fully on your side.
Mortgage lending. When Juli originates your loan as a Real Estate Mortgage Loan Originator with Texana Bank, she is paid by the bank. Her compensation is disclosed on your federally required loan documents, given to you well before closing.
Working with Juli on more than one service. If Juli serves as both your real estate agent and your loan originator, she’ll disclose that in writing and explain how she’s paid in each role. You’re always free to choose another lender or agent.
Consulting is included at no additional fee for clients Juli represents.
Referrals. If you’re moving outside Juli’s market, she can refer you to a trusted agent there. Juli receives a referral fee from that agent’s brokerage when the transaction closes, and it doesn’t change what you pay.
